The rental is set by the guest-count tier.
There is no additional wedding fee. Catering, decoration, furniture, wedding planning, photography and accommodation are not included in the rental without an express commercial arrangement: they go into the proposal, when chosen.

The rental price is set by the participant tier. Food, bar, decoration and other services are presented separately in the proposal.
How is the tier set?
By the total number of participants on each event day. Overnight guests who attend the event are already included in that count.
What is listed separately?
Dining, bar, decoration, furniture, setup and teardown, and other services go into the proposal, with itemized prices.
How do I confirm?
Send your request with the date. An inquiry does not confirm the booking: the booking is made once the proposal is approved.

How much does the rental cost for a wedding?
The rental follows the same table as events, per event day: up to 30 people, BRL 10,900; 31 to 60, BRL 18,900; 61 to 150, BRL 27,900. There is no additional wedding fee.
What is included in the rental?
Use of the house and of the spaces agreed in the proposal. Catering, decoration, furniture, wedding planning, photography and accommodation are not included in the rental and are presented separately when they are part of your proposal.
Can guests stay at the house?
The house sleeps up to 15 people. Nights outside the event day follow the stay rates (BRL 2,690, or BRL 3,766 on long holiday weekends, Carnival and New Year's); when the stay and the event overlap, the combination is arranged in the proposal.
What if it rains?
The proposal accounts for preparation and wrap-up times and an alternative for weather conditions that affect the event. Structures such as tents, when needed, are included in the proposal.
