How much does a stay cost?
A stay costs BRL 2,690 per night. That is the house rental for up to 15 guests, and the price is for the house, not per person. Nights are counted as the difference between check-out and check-in: 2 nights total BRL 5,380, 3 nights BRL 8,070 and 5 nights BRL 13,450.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
The house sleeps up to 15 people in four bedrooms, three of them suites. There are four bathrooms in total, and one of the suites has a bathtub in its bathroom. The beds are five ultra king, one king and one single. Ask us how the rooms can be arranged for your group.
Are experiences included in the stay?
Experiences are optional. You choose which ones to book and the participants for each, and you can see the itemized prices in your booking or proposal summary.
Do the barbecue and special meals include service?
Yes. Our team handles preparation and service during the booked period of the experience. Times, duration and service details are set out in your proposal.
What is charged separately?
Experiences (Brazilian barbecue, Japanese cuisine, seafood, boat trip, day spa and bartender), stocked-house items and event services. For dining experiences, preparation and service by our team are already part of the experience price. Cleaning during the stay and seafood are on request. There are no additional fees on record beyond what appears in your summary.
Can the house be stocked for my arrival?
Yes. You can select the items and quantities for your arrival, based on the catalog and the lead times available for your booking.
How do I confirm a booking?
For stays, you choose open dates, review the items and send your request. The team confirms availability, scope, total price and terms before any payment. Events and productions receive a proposal; once the proposal is approved, the booking is completed through a dedicated checkout. A proposal request does not hold the date.
Do prices change by language or country?
No. All prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL) and are the same in every language on the site. Switching languages does not convert the currency or change the amount charged.
Is there support at the property?
The property has a caretaker. Details of the available support and of the services you book are presented in your booking.
