Capacity

The house sleeps up to 15 people in four bedrooms, three of them suites.

Visitors beyond the guests and any event require prior approval. Events are booked by proposal, for up to 150 participants, including any overnight guests who attend.

Events, sound and times

Each event's schedule is set in the proposal, with defined times for setup, the event itself and wrap-up.

Use of sound follows what is agreed in the proposal and applicable law. Sound is never unrestricted.

Caring for the house

• Children must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
• The barbecue grill and fireplace must be used with care and put out after use.
• Any damage or problem must be reported to the team as soon as it is noticed.

Arrival and departure

Check-in and check-out times, the address and access instructions are sent with the booking confirmation.

Special requests

Pets, your own decorations, outside suppliers or any use other than intended must be discussed with the team before booking.
