How booking works.

Listed prices

• Stay: BRL 2,690 per night, the house rental for up to 15 guests. The price is for the house, not per person. On long holiday weekends, Carnival and New Year's, the rate is BRL 3,766 per night. Minimum stay of 2 nights; 3 on long holiday weekends and at Christmas, 4 at Carnival and 5 over New Year's.
• Events and weddings, per event day: up to 30 people, BRL 10,900; 31 to 60, BRL 18,900; 61 to 150, BRL 27,900.
• Photo and film shoots: on request.
• Experiences: Brazilian barbecue BRL 99 per participant; Japanese cuisine BRL 170 per participant; boat trip BRL 150 per participant; day spa BRL 159 per participant, per 1-hour session; bartender BRL 350 per 7-hour service, drinks not included. Seafood and cleaning during the stay: on request.

For dining experiences, preparation and service by our team during the booked period are already part of the experience price. Extended hours or extra services are presented and approved separately.

All prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL) and are the same in every language on the site.

Fees, deposits and installments

There are no fees, deposits, discounts or installment plans on record. If any condition of this kind applies, it will be itemized before payment.

Request, confirmation and payment

• Request: records the dates, participants and services chosen. It does not confirm the booking or hold the date.
• Confirmation: the team checks availability, scope, total price and terms.
• Payment: made after the scope, total price and actual terms have been presented.
• Confirmed booking: only after confirmation and payment.

Events and productions receive a proposal. Once the proposal is approved, the booking is completed through a dedicated checkout.

Single calendar

Stays, events, productions and maintenance share the calendar of the same property. One booking cannot conflict with another.

Services subject to confirmation

Experiences and house stocking depend on supplier confirmation for the date. Services on request are not charged until their price and availability are confirmed.
