Change and cancellation terms are part of the confirmation of each booking and are presented in writing before payment.

Before confirmation

Requests and proposals not yet approved can be changed or withdrawn at no cost, because nothing is charged at this stage.

Deadlines, percentages and rescheduling options are those stated in the booking confirmation or in the approved proposal.

Deadlines and times follow local time in Búzios, Rio de Janeiro.

Bookings made online are governed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, including the right of withdrawal under Article 49, where applicable.

The boat trip depends on sea conditions and may be rescheduled by the operator.

Changes to participants, times or dates of experiences are subject to supplier availability and are confirmed by the team.
